does anyone know the name of Citibank's collection agency? I got a call today from someone from Citicorp's Division @ Collect Care. The guy left a message and I called the number back to see who it was. The recording said that noone was available but that was the name of the company. Is this citibank or is it just another agency they sell accounts to. I got harrased by Gulf State regarding a supposed Citibank account and now I am wondering if they forwarded the account to citibank after not being able to verify the debt or if they sold it to another agency. Any help is appreciated
