Re: Re: Citibank Converting my Visa Hehehe. I used to eat lunch at the Woolworth's lunch counter when I was a kid. They fixed the best patty melt. Doc
Re: Re: Citibank Converting my Visa When I try to click your link it says access forbidden am I doing something wrong?
Re: Re: Citibank Converting my Visa This is the error I receive: Forbidden You were denied access because: Access denied by access control list.
Re: Re: Re: Citibank Converting my Visa Actually, I remember those days, too; moreso than I wish to admit. But these posts do bring back fond memories. Thanks!

Re: Re: Re: Citibank Converting my Visa That is so strange -- it's a Yahoo group. Do you also get the same error when you attempt to view the Yahoo credit-repair group here?... http://groups.yahoo.com/group/credit-repair/ Doc
Re: Re: Re: Citibank Converting my Visa Hey Marci, Nope, Quantum "basic" that was I trying to convert. Well Marci, I was shocked myself. But I'm not complaining. I have been a member since 98 and had been fairly light on charges for the last 12 months which I told her was becuase the card isn't competitive. She could see I wasn't using it and I don't know if that helped. I wish you all the luck in a couple of months when you try for it. Let me know if your successful. Thanks for letting me know about your progress on Citi. I used to be P+1.5% but then got bumped up with a bunch of people and never could get them to let me back down. So I am purposely not using it AT ALL. As you can see, I have plenty of great cards. You have quite an impressive list yourself! Next step, try to get my blue to 7.9%. BEST OF LUCK!
Re: Re: Re: Re: Citibank Converting my Visa GEORGE--I remember GEMCO, I don't think they had FEDCO around here unless they had another name. Were they a membership store also? PsychDoc--You said you ate at Woolworth's lunch counter when you were a kid. Well, my first job was at the soda fountain (AKA lunch counter) at Woolworth's. I don't remember patty melts, maybe they came later.
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Citibank Converting my Visa Our Woolworth's just had a counter - great malts. They later made a front corner of the store into a little dining area with the typical grease fare. Then they were gone :-( 0
