Has anyone been successful in upgrading the silver or gold card to a platinum at citi. I have only read negative stuff so far. roni.

RE: Citibank followups- none h Hey, Roni! I did the same thing with my silver AA card. If you remember my story, I was approved for both the silver and gold, but then the rep said my gold app. ended up being rejected :-( Anyway, I spoke with a very nice rep. and asked if my silver AA, which hadn't even been printed, could be product transferred to a plat. select. She said sure. So, I did the whole silver-->plat. select you were talking about!!
