   I have 2 Citibank Gas Cards (Citgo & Shell) plus a HD card. I have had the cards for over a year and have received regular CLI on the Shell card, occasional on the Citgo and rare on the HD. Questions is, does Citibank automatically upgrade regular gas cards, i.e. Shell to the Bank cards? If so, how often?
