I left a voice message last week for the lady that someone posted about who is in the executive offices at citibank. She just called me back about Experian not reporting the limits. She said she has had several other calls recently about this and assured me that they DO report the limits. She is sending out a fax today to the idiots at Exp. to update my limit.

I disputed the limit with Credit Data SW a couple weeks ago. They are the exp affiliate here. I also sent a copy of my statement showing the cl and they refused to accept it. The lady at citi said they received nothing from them asking for verification.

I've sued them once and if they keep up with the b.s. I'm ready at any time to do it again.

I had the same problem. It just got solved but I had to put it in dispute to do it. they were not reporting my Citi AT&T Universal card as having a 6,000 limit.

I just recieved a letter via snail mail from Citibank, about my inquiry regarding the CL not showing on Experian. Basically they stated they're sorry for the inconvenience, and has contacted Experian and requested that my CL limit be reported.

Well the balance has been updated but no CL as of yet. Like you said befor I'm starting to believe it's Experian at fault here, as Citibank has responded within reasonable time via PFB aswell as tried to help me over the phone. Citibank CSR has acknowledged that this is a common problem, and is trying to resolve this, for my troubles they gave me 1yr 0% on purchases and BT really nice of them :) I didn't even ask for it......and I'm only a AU lol.

Yeah, for my letters and calls to Citi about Experian, I got my account placed in dispute on all 3 reports. :(
