CITIBANK NON ANSWER

    I sent an E-MAIL (on their web site) and they sent me an E-MAIL that the answer was READY...THE ONLY PROBLEM---THERE IS NO ANSWER!!!

    ...JUST MY QUESTION ABOUT A "PRE-APPROVED" CLI...IT HAVE BEEN OVER ONE YEAR...

    THE POINT WAS THEY SAID THEY ANSWERED...BUT THERE WAS NO ANSWER...

    I sent a second request...answer was fill in the questions...WRONG ANSWER!!!

    use PFB with citibank, you'll get a call from the president's office in due time.

    They are very accomodating if you deserve.
