    I logged in and noticed there are no BT offers available for my account.

    I then called CS. The rep told me that I'm pre-approved for a 6.9% BT rate with no fee, good for 6 months. I took it.

    Has anyone tried their online system, or can explain the different results?

    BTW, I believe this pre-approval was in their system following my talk w/ Retention last month. Apparently, once they make you an offer, something in your file changes so that even ordinary CS reps can offer it again.

    Saar/Breeze,
    Does CiTi have a good online system?

    Showing recent activity, current/past statements, ACH payment online for automatic debit? etc

    I like CapOne's system but FNANB sux only allows limited functionality. TIA.

    i have 6.9% on one and 2.9% on another for 6 months, i just checked. They give you the online offers when they open your account (after about a week) and at each AR.
