I enrolled in CitiBank's Online Payment program, and after 6 days the service was up. Now it seems that I can only pay off $1000 at a time, and only twice per billing cycle. Can anyone confirm this? I have 4 credit cards which I pay off online and CitiBank is the only one with these restrictions. Does anyone know how to get around this?
The only way around it is to use your own bank and pay thru online billpay or use C2it. When I pull money from my card into the C2it account and transfer to my CitiBank card it posts as a payment.
Citi has online billpay but I use that thru my bank. Yes you can pull money into your C2it account from a credit card and then transfer to another credit card. Beware some cards are posted as cash advances. Search the past posts for C2it there was a thread on this a while back.
I think all Citi Bank cards regard the transaction as purchases, a little perk for the customers of c2it considering c2it is run by CitiBank.
All my Citibank cards have been purchases It's the others I have tested 3 others that were posted as cash advances
I have all my Citibank account enrolled with autopay and it deducted the amount of the payment out of my checking by the due date monthly. I don't have any problems with autopay. Ron.
I do the Citibank online payment. My last payment I made about a week ago was $12,000. I have had no limit on the amount of the payment.
