Yes, Citi offers a secured card but I do not recomend it to you: -It does not report to any credit bureau. -No credit line increase until it becomes unsecure (18 months).
Re: Re: Citibank Secured Credit Card Hmmm I called my local Citibank and they told me that did not offer a secured card? They also told me that they would not accept a CD or savings account as collateral for a secured loan? Maybe I received wrong info? Anybody else have any info on Citibank and if the provide secured cards or loans?
Re: Re: Re: Citibank Secured Credit Card The secured card is actually offered through Washington Mutual, but Citibank is the issuer. Here is the link for more information. http://publicsite.wamu.com/personal/clending/otherloanscredit/creditcards/CreditCards.asp
Re: Re: Re: Citibank Secured Credit Card Instead of Citibank I would recommend one of the following secured cards: Wells Fargo Bank of America US Bank Bank One Chase In the past I have had atleast 2 of the above, I would think they still have this program.

Re: Re: Re: Citibank Secured Credit Card Does having this card allow you to upgrade to Citibank Cards or Washington Mutual Credit Cards?
Re: Re: Re: Citibank Secured Credit Card Steve, I am not sure about that. I think you should call washington mutual and ask.
