Call Citibank and ask for an application. You can not have any delinq. in the last 6 months. and no bks. There is a complete list of the top secured cards in the us at Quicken.com under banks. i applied for the aa advantage and was disapproved, but got the info for the secured from them in the mail with the disapproval.
WARNING RE: CITIBANK Check with them regarding when they will report your account to the C.B.'s. Last time I checked they were not reporting for 12 months. I would sujest Chase which will report after 6 months or B of America which reports after 3 months. 12 months is a long time to wait, time you can use builing more credit if the card reports!
