Took me twice to get a payment to go thru. I was just going to do it over the phone, but Citibank seems to want to charge you $14.95 for the pleasure of taking your money from you.
You can discuss their credit products all day long...or discuss your account payments, interest rate, and credit limit all day long...BUT try to make a payment and they RIP YOU OFF FOR $14.95??? AND I THOUGHT THE $5.00 FEE US BANK TRIED TO RIP ME OFF FOR PHONE PAY WAS EXCESSIVE!!! (They said they could no longer give FREE phone payments)...SO I GO TO US BANK and make a payment once a month...IT IS DOWN TO THE LAST FEW THOUSANDS (wife's card) I usually make monthly payments of $900+ on that account...
