In an old post, Saar mentioned an office in San Antonio. I don't know if they issued credit cards from that office.
I'd be surprised ... Citi doesn't have any card operations in TX. They do, however, have home equity in Dallas (4,000 employees) and Auto lending in Bedford TX (3,900 employees). Did you apply for a car loan through Arcadia, AutoOne, or TransSouth? -mj
