Does anyone know why CitiBank does not offer a debit card (with Visa or MC logo on it) I have asked them many times aget many different answers...
They were about to release the Citibanking card with a MasterCard logo on it for checking account customers nationwide in May. I guess they ran into some problems, but as far as I know they are still planning on doing it this year. I have a Citibank Illinois checking account.
they began testing it with a small group of people and did run into some problems. i'm not sure if its going to be visa or mastercard. butthey still plan on doing it this year its just been delayed a little.
