Has anyone had any luck with a CitiBank chargeoff. I can't get anywhere with them. I managed to get the CA to delete but that is about it.
Yes they can be negotiated with. Do a search on the board for your answer as I have seen several posts on them. One thing to note is some OCs maintain a blacklist of customers. You need to have them remove the item from your report as they may continue to validate years from now. Get whatever they promise in writing though. Robert
