How long should I wait before calling the application department # to find out the status of my app?I called the 301 # and it said I should call back after 3 weeks.Has anyone called right away and got an answer?I applied for the silver AA and got the further processing message and no time frame to when I would here from them. When I was declined for the Dividend card it told me I would receive an answer in mail in 7-10 days. thanks
I called after about a week...chose the option that it was longer and when the CSR came on, told her I wasn't sure how long it had been, but way too long for me They had never gotten my online application!
I called about 5 days after applying, hit the 3 week option and spoke with rep who told me I was approved.
