    I was wondering if anyone has tried to enroll in this service, and if they were declined. I tried to enroll myself and my hubby tonight, and both of us were declined. I don't understand that. How in the @$!^ do you get declined for something like that, because you are not requesting credit. I called them and they couldn't tell me anything. So I was just curious.

    I have the service. no credit check was pulled, but i am a citibank member.

    my X, applied and was required to turn in copy of drivers license with a voided check.

    Thanks Sam, My hubby and I both are Citibank cardholders with 30,000 in combined limits. That's why I don't understand why our applications was declined.

    Let me know whats going on. I plan to use the service and wonder why they did that?

    The # you call for c2it is citibank reps' so they are VERY helpful.

    I enrolled w/no problems. Then I wanted to add my checking account so they sent me a letter in the mail to mail back all this stuff (I guess to verify my account, etc.). I just blew it off. Too much work to go through for an account that I will probably not use.
