Has anyone recently tried a CLI request on citicards.com? When I try access the CLI screen and fill out the requested info (not automatic), I get the following message when I click "submit" ======== General Error We've had a problem processing your request. The Message Center is currently unavailable. Please try again later. ========= I usually either get an "approved...." message or a we will inform you of our decision in 7-10 days message. No A/R posted on TU or EQ, no letter in the mail with a yes/no decision, and more importantly, no increase on my CL! This is breaking my streak of 10% CLI every 3 months....
