    does any of u deal with these collection co are they settle for less, I have 2 collection account with them about 500 each 5/97 ..any tips

    Do you mean CITIFINANCIAL and GULF STATES COLLECTION AGENCY?

    Mil: Do you mean CITIFINANCIAL and "GULF STATES COLLECTION AGENCY?" Look at the papers again and see if the collection agency is GOLF like a golf ball or whether it is GULF STATES as in Gulf of Mexico?
