i received an invintation from citifinancial for a loan upto 10k. at 9.9%. they approved me for a loan of 3500 w/27.36% secured by TV and other personnal property. what a joke. i told them no and they said if i still needed the money i could get the loan. HA. i know my credit is marginal but i could get better rates at a pawn shop.
