Has anybody had trouble accessing their account information online?? I have tried several times today and it keeps saying The account you have requested could not be found in our records. The account has been disabled within account online for the duration of this visit. Anybody having trouble today????
RE: yes Access has been spotty. I called my # to check my balance the old way (by phone). then a minute later online worked again.
RE: yes Thanks SAm, I thought it was just me and I didn't want to call them again I am still pi$$ed off about my last conversation. I figured their site was screwy, you can't even send them mail. I did fianlly get in once and it only had one account listed. Maybe they will fix this problem soon? Mom
RE: yes same here other me They have been calling my house REPEATEDLY wanting to speak to my husband as a courtesy call as they call of course wanting to sell him credit protection crap i would assume and he is never here, he is working or sleeping. The rep asked when would be the best time to call I said he is on the road and I never know when he'll be home plus he doesn't want anything anyway. So I was thinking maybe they did something to his account he he. But thank goodness I am not the only one

RE: I was kinda scared. I charged like $500 online and $1500 in person this weekend. i thought they took away my card hehe. they tried to sell me Essentials, even though they couldnt tell me what it was. I was like uh dude are you sure this isn't capital one the person was confused. i laffed.
Maintenance issue Per the rep last night it was a maintenance issue. I went to pay my bill and got the same message. The rep took my payment over the phone and waived the $5 fee due to the problem.
RE: Maintenance issue I have Autopay......$100 is taken out of my checking account every month. Yes their web site for account maintenance is rather spotty. Mom, Yes you can send them mail. I have done it before (I requested a photo card via mail through their web site). They emailed me stating that I had *mail* so I logged on to their web site to check it. It stated that an application for the photo card was being mailed. By the way....have you seen the new Citi cards? YUCK!!!! I liked my old standard classic all silver card better. I don't know what this fade from purple to light blue w/ the CITI logo in the background is....yucky!
RE: Maintenance issue Their online email is very fast. Esp compared to aria's same feature. They are very professional. I haven't tried using their email for a line increase though. What scares me is they handle line increases by person and not by computer. A whole nother department reviews your account, credit history, etc. Btw, their site is pretty reliable most of the time. cept i always get a page not found every other time i click on a button. Very odd.
RE: Maintenance issue Not sure about the AA cards, but once when i applied for an increase on my platinum, I got the email within one hour and they pulled a soft inquiry for it. Not sure about the AA series.
