I have a civil judgement on my TU report. The only information showing is Common Please with a Docket Number and the Plaintiff of Packer Park Assoc, entered 02/2001 and amount of $2721. How do I find out who this is. I do not recognize the creditor name. Thanks for the help.
I believe you need to contact the clerk of courts for civil court, in the state it was filed/adjudicated and request to have the case information sent to you. The case# is all you should need. There may be a small fee for the copying and mailing of the documents...If the case has been archived (older) it may also cost you a small fee to have it retrieved from the basement (oh but I re-read it was from 2001 so you should have no problem with archival/retrieval). -Peace, Dave
