I want to increase my Kohls CL. It's currently at 300 and my TU has gone up to 753. I know they do automated requests but are the pulls hard or soft. Thanks!!
They will pull a hard unless you tell them not to. I told them I wanted an increase without pulling my report. They will take your account history into consideration to determine an increase. Good luck!!
I'm ticked. I called and asked if they pull a hard or soft, the CSR stated soft, I said OK and they increased from 300 to 1200, then I look at my TU report and there it is, a big inq. from Kohl's!!! Can I call them back and have this removed!!!!! It didn't hurt the score but still, they said they would pull soft.
