Clarifaication on "IN DISPUTE"

    Does one need to actually use the words, or wording "in dispute", or "this is a notification...being disputed", etc in letters to a CRA or CA if you are seeking validation? If you don't , can it simply be implied or assumed if you are asking for validation?

    If you send a validation letter you are disputing.
