I contacted the law firm that is handling the class action against Experian, here is his reply.
Maybe we should all contact him,

    Mr. Txxxxxxx:

Unfortunately this seems to be fairly typical. We have heard a number of complaints in which the credit bureau simply refuses to process a claim. These problems are not well suited for class treatment because they involve unique circumstances but they are typical of improper conduct by the credit bureaus. We have a class action for broad discrimination against those consumers that use credit repair companies to process their claims, so your situation is outside the scope of our action. As an alternative, I suggest lodging a complaint with the FTC which governs the credit bureaus and makes sure they comply with their obligations under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I will keep your name on file because if we receive enough complaints such as yours, I will lodge a complaint with the FTC on behalf of a larger group of consumers in the hope that they will take some remedial action.

    Regards,

    Michael

I spoke with Mike and he tells me if he gets enough complaints about the CRA he will do a complaint with the FTC, post if you will help get the ball rolling, I would love to see a law firm go after them , I know i am pinning hope on a bunch of lawyers and crooks but I still can hope...

I have already filed a complaint online with the FTC against Equifax for reinserting item without written notification, but will help if needed.
