TU called my bluff in the settlement negotiations in my suit with them (see http://www.artofcredit.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=6467 ). The attorney for TU dared me to transfer the case to a higher court. OK, I will. How's Federal and I have a lawyer to take it on. He has accepted the case and will be filing in Tucson AZ Federal Court this coming week. I am looking for consumers who have sent documentation to TU concerning errors in their credit file that TU has ignored. Looking for Class Action status on this one. Hey Steve, I know this is off topic, but are you a pilot? I saw IFR (Instrument Flight Rules) and flying in front of it, so I just figured I'd ask. I'm a pilot myself. Would be nice to meet someone here who is as well! -Matt
I have an ATP (multi) and Gold-seal flight instructor ratings. 8000 TT. Back in the 70's I taught at Spartan (Tulsa) and Burnside-Ott (Miami). In the 80's I flew charter and commuters in Houston (Hobby). Now, I do computer programming. Much safer and stable.
