Class Action Law Suit (First USA)?

    If there are any class action lawsuits in progress or about to be filed against First USA / BankOne for improper credit reporting.....Please let me know.

    (I have a CH7 being reported as a charge-off with a balance due.)

    With all the complaints against First USA / Bank One......there is nothing in the works?
