newbie here, some of these questions are buried under another post, so thought might be better to start new thread. Regarding this lawsuit... http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/040416/cgf034_1.html (thanks for posting link keepmine) Any opinions on whether signing up for this class action suit is a good idea, or might it be better to retain my individual rights? Wonder if that means they will automatically remove the listing in addition to any monetary compensation they will be paying. I know they listed this info on my Trans Union report, but is there anyway to see if they listed it on the others without having to buy reports? Since the CRAs are most likely aware of the lawsuit, any opinions on whether this might make it a better time to dispute the NCO information on the CR, maybe they will be more likely to remove it? Does anyone else have any personal experience with steps relating to this lawsuit so far?
