Does anyone know of any class action lawsuits against experian in New York, California, and Texas? IF so can you forward the information to me in which lawfirms I can submit my claim in suing Experian Thank you very much.
I would also be suing in VA. There are several class actions that can easily be taken just because of the way they routinely do business. Send me an email.

For Tboy, I am suing for Experian clearly disregarding the Federal Credit Act and laws when it comes to correcting peoples information. Also, since Experian changed its name from TRW they continue to violate the same laws in which the government the FTC, and other individuals sue TRW(Experian). It is like a criminal change its name and EIN and transfer its assets to a new entity and commit the same crime under a different idenity. Hence: TRW----Experian
