This is a very important message for everyone, after reading months of messages complaining about Experian, I feel if we all obtain signatures via e-mails we can get a class action law suit against Experian within the states of NY, CA, TX, VA, etc. I will look into a couple of law firms who would be interested in filing a claim against Experian. As mentioned before, please note that "TRW" is Experian in a new version violating the same crime against innocent consumers that TRW was charge for. I spoke to a Bankruptcy judge in Boston, MA. in which he mentioned that companies are making hundreds of millions of dollars on consumers base on selling incorrect credit reports (information). We all can benefit from a class action law suit against Experian. If major banks who issued credit cards and borrow money from the Federal Government at 1 percent. As consumer we should be able to borrow money and refinance our bad or good debts at 1 percent as well. But most consumers can't obtain the best interest rates due to their incorrect credit report which reflects into poor credit scores. So as consumers we are paying higher interest rates. As the judge stated to me in his personal chambers, this is called "legal loan sharking". If companies such as Experian can indirectly assist credit card companies, banks, mortgage companies, etc. by selling negative information on consumer credit reports then consumers are faced to purchase their first dream homes at a higher interest rate, or keep individuals from obtaining a credit card with lower interest rate. Thus enabling these institution to make huge profits. It is one big came.
