Hello Have a report that's tore up from all 3 CRA...post Bankruptcy....apprx 7 yrs ch 7 and 3yrs ch 13......here's my question......The CRA are still reporting information as if it was never included in banruptcy and they all show balances even the ch 13 which was paid back 100%....how can this be corrected to pull up scores?

i have never filed bk but you should do search on bankruptcy and see what others have posted. In general if the information on the report is incorrect, then you should dispute it. The one's that are included in the bk should be easy, because you have your court papers and discharge to prove it. However, don't send in anything allow the cra to do the work and remove the items.
