I sent my first letter October 5, to all the CRA's to investigate negative TL that I believed to be inaccurate.

I received my first letter back from Experian...saying they needed TONS of stuff, and I sent my DL, a bill and my request again.

TransUnion was the first to reply almost 30 days on the nose - TL'd deleted.

    Exuifax - No Response

    Experian - still waiting

I received a letter from CSC, with all the TL's I was requesting to be investigated. It noted that the attached report had the results of the investigation, and the 3 negative TL's were gone.

Who is CSC? Is that Experian? Is it a letter saying it HAS been investigated and since it isn't on the report it was deleted?

I have a binder that I am keeping it all in and I just am not sure where this fits in.

CSC is affiliated with Equifax and operates locally within certain parts of the country. CSC must own your credit file, which is why you received a response from them instead of Equifax.

It sounds to me like you're in great shape if they removed all 3 of the negative marks from the report they sent you. 2 down, one more CRA to go! Hope you get the same result from Experian as well after they receive all your additional information.
