How does the 7 years credit history clearance work? And also after the 7 years has past will it still show on your credit report that you had unpaid acconts? Will it just erase all your credit history that you had within the 7 year time period or will it write it off as bad credit? And also will your credit score go up or down?

The trade line itself SHOULD disappear. It's up to you to make sure that happens. If not, get mean.

As far as scores, it depends. You are losing a negative, but you're also losing a lot of age. If your profile is relatively young, it may hurt your score for a while. New accounts can help with that.
