What can a person do when they have a bad history of closed checking accounts? Are there any classes or programs for people with bad checking history?
Get a speeding ticket and you can get it cleared by taking a safe driver course. Bounce a check and you're damned forever by Chexsystems. Well, not forever - just 5 years. There is no Check Bouncer School.
I do remember reading in my local paper a few months back that there was a class to take <one day/8hr> that would eliminate the bad mark on CheckSystems. You had to show proof of making good on the bounced check and pay a fee for the class. 1st time offenders only. DSL
