Today I called their automated phone system to check whether they receieved my payment or not. The automated system told me that my account has zero balance. Then I press 0 button to talk to the customer service. I told her to close th e account, She didn't ask me why I closed my account and she told me that I will receive from the mail to confrm that your account was closed. Ron.
Hey Ron, What happen why did you close the everbank platinum visa is a super hard card to get I heard... was it a good card I look at it before and thinking of applying but for some reason I decided not to... anyways I can't believe the rep did'nt find a way to make you a happy cardholder and beg you to stay.... anyways have a good one... please keep in touch... kevin, Yes, it is hard to get but they changed their terms from 8.4% var to 16.90% var. plus $29.00 annual fee without rewards program , $49.00 annual fee having rewards program. All my cards with or without rewards programs have no annual fee and they have lower rate than 16.9%. By the way I cannot make payment online like my other cards and the rate is not low. They didn't even bother to ask me why I closed my account. Ron.

kevin, I got the card because it has low rate and no annual fee. I got several cards that give me good rate and godd bt rate such as BofA Platinum Visa,Citibank, Bank One. Thanks for your reply. Ron.
