I just closed my account with them and they didn't even try to save me as a customer or even ask WHY I was closing the account. I opened it in November and I'm hoping I gain some points back, it may hurt my ratios a little, on the other hand I closed my FCNB/Speigel card that I had for 18 months and my score went up, so who knows.
