Thanks to all of you... I am now a homeowner... Had to deal with an underwriter 2 hours before closing regarding spouse's paid judgement from a few months ago. Locked in on a 30 yr. note @ 5.25... The help from this board, has obviously saved me thousands of dollars. Special thanks to Psychdoc, Butch, Jlynn, and several others... Your feedback and "DON'T TAKE NOT !@IT" attitude has been extremely influential in every aspect of my financial life. Thanks to all of you for your feedback, direction, and encouragement. That is awesome When I finally close on a house I am taking my whole family out to a big dinner, and will be celebrating like I have never celebrated before I cant imagine how great you must be feeling right about now!
