I received a UDF from Arrow Financial for deletion on Monday and as of today, Thursday, it has not been deleted from my file. How long should it take until CRA's delete the tradeline, should I send a copy of the UDF to the CRA's? T-Man
It could take up to 30 days or more. I suggest you fax a copy to the cra's. That should then take about 5 days.
Tman, did you receive a letter like mine? Or did they literally send you a UDF? Just wondering. I am about to call experian and see if they've updated. Heck, if it takes 6 to 8 weeks, I could've taken them to small claims court and made them pay for their violations. If it's not off today, I might still do that. Regardless of whether or not they delete, they still have about $8,000 in violations that I have documented. Let me know. Keller
Keller I received a faxed copy the UDF. The account is still showing up on my report. I plan on giving it a few days to see what happens. Let me know what you find out. T-Man
