I just got the phone with BofA. When I applied online for credit on March 13,2003, I was denied. I sent a letter to PFB for reconsideration. Well a week later, I received a letter asking for a utility bill and a copy of my driver's license. Well guess what gang, the Customer Service person, said that once my documents have been recieved, I am getting a $1k visa gold.
