There are MANY other lenders pulling out of Georgia as well. So many, in fact, the company I work (I am a mortgage broker) for has layed off all Loan officers in Georgia because the lenders investors aren't buying loans there anymore. That new law they passed must be really strict for so many lenders to give up on an entire state! Mallemall
