I'd appreciate any and all help. THANKS!!
Would it be better to start with disputing with the CRA's first and if it comes back verified, call the OC and beg and plead for a PFD? I disputed charges on the Sears/Citi back in 06. Never heard from them again but noticed it was charged off and they were reporting when I *finally* pulled reports. I think I know the answer to this but really need someone to back up my thoughts. lol Anyone?
You can try the PFD to the OC/CA whoever has it. If they dont respond then they aren't going to delete it and it will remain until it falls off.
