To make a long story short, my credit is trashed right now pretty badly. Does anyone have experience getting an auto loan with a co-signer who has great credit? Is it basically a slam dunk? Just curious because I need about 5 grand to get a car. I have a good, steady job just some dumb things I've done in the past haunting me.
