I had a Cobalt card. I remember reading a message they sent saying they would be sending refunds of balances in these accounts in December. I only had $20 in the account, but haven't seen a refund yet. Anyone heard anything or received a refund of their balance?
I think they said they would credit your last c.c. for the balance on cobalt card Dec.20th. They owe me about 3 dollars on my GET-DUMB Card. I am not holding my breath
Well, I got mine....sorta. It turns out that AMEX made a mistake and actually debited my account for the outstanding balance. Now I have to get my bank to trace the transaction and get it fixed.
Oh cool!! Mine is about $6, so I guess I won't let it worry me. Hey, everybody makes mistakes, LOL. Charge them a $29 fee, hehe.
Just checked my original source of funding as well as the source for my husband's card. No refund Thank goodness neither of us had much money funded on this card. It still would be nice to get it back. Hey Breeze could probably buy lunch with her balance If anyone has actually received their balance refunded, let us know.
