    I don't know what is going on with them. They keep sending me email and ensuring me that they are working on getting everything up and running.

    Here is a copy of the email that I recieved today from the Colbalt Director

    thank you for your patience while we process enrollments. We hope to have
    your enrollment completed by the end of next week. We will notify you through email of the outcome.

    I registered a LONG time ago and I have NEVER received an email.....EVER!
