Hello, I just finished getting my credit back in good shape when this company"Coldata" writes us a nasty letter about a 7+ year charge off that does not show up on any credit report I have been able to find.The letter wants all the $ 1300.00 now or else.What is the best plan of attack?I am very wary of dealing with anyone that would send me a letter as I received.
