They sent me a very thick envelope yesterday, in it contained 32 pages of Sprint PCS's Terms and Conditions. I could have printed that from the internet! It also contained the last statement. NOTHING with a signature on it. The letter at the end says "we have provided you with your proof, we will now be continuing collection efforts, please pay out client $xx." Off to see the lawyer today! I hope he takes the case!
well... make up your own terms and conditions... print up a bill for your time etc.... mail it back to collectech and tell them to send payment to you. just as dumb but it makes a point.
Sent an intent to sue today based on various FDCPA and FCRA violations. Stubborn bunch of buggers, well let's see if $5,000 is worth reporting that paid charge-off. Let you know how it goes
