HEY GUYS AND GALS I HAVE A QUESTION? I HAVE A COLLECTION ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF SOME FREAKING INSURANCE COMPANY. I SIGNED UP WITH THEM AND THEN FOUND A BETTER COMPANY SOMEWHERE ELSE. SO I NEVER PAYED THEM ANYMORE MONEY BESIDES THE FIRST PAYMENT. THYE PUT IT ON MY CREDIT REPORT AND I HAVE A FICO SCORE OF 618. HOW CAN I GET THIS OFF? DO I HAVE TO PAY THEM THE MONEY OR WHAT? I GOT IT INTO DISPUTE BUT I DONT KNOW WHERE TO GO FROM HERE

Call them and tell them that you are going to file a complaint with your states insurance comm. Then do it.

    Fred,

We need a little more info. What kind of insurance etc.?

Did you notify them that you found other insurance?

Is it reported by a CA or the OC?

    ???
