I still have an old bounched check from Walmart from 2001 (that I paid in 2001) that got sent to collections listed on my credit report as an open account with a balance. I dont have any proof of payment, so how would I go about proving that this was paid in full? Thanks, Lesley
Buy something for $10.00 at WAL*MART with your checking account and "IF" it goes through...you DON'T have any problems with WAL*MART...it is clear on their end... Take cash or a credit card with you if it is denied... "IF" your check is DENIED...a phone number will be provided to call... DISPUTE WITH THE CRA(s) "NOT MINE"
