I have 4 collection accounts that were recently paid in a settlement with the asssigned CA. Unfortuantly I wasn't aware of this forum before making settlement. The accounts are showing payment after collection on my Transunion file w/zero balance. As for the other two reports, they are showing the original balances and still in collections. If I wasnted to get the accounts deleted from all 3 reports what steps should I take first. For Transunion, since showing paid after colections, should I dispute not mine with the CA and then follow up with a not mine or DV letter to the CRA? And shoudl I do the same for the other two also?
