I found during my process of settling my debts it would take a few different collector's from the company to settle my debt.If anyone out there is having a hard time with a collector let me know and i can check my files and see if i dealt with that company and will let you know who the person i spoke when i settled my debt with.The majority of collector's are not ass holes but the ones who are they give the collection agencies a bad rap.
