If i live in ohio and the collection agency is from ILL. My state in ohio doesnt have to be bonded but the CA from ILL does can i get them on that if they are not bonded.
If their offices are in Illinois they must have an Illinois bond license and registration IN ILLINOIS. If they don't,they are operating illegally and you can report them to the ILL.Attorney General and the FTC. (Ohio does not require anything from any collection agency, in or out of the State)
